Shipping & Delivery Information
Whilst we are based in Perth, Western Australia, we do work with some partners globally to ensure fair pricing and high quality products (often direct from the manufacturers). This allows us to give you the best prices and reduced shipping costs (and is also why we are able to offer such a low minimum order price for free shipping) in return for a short wait for your parcel to arrive. We do "test orders" regularly with our partners to ensure high standards of quality control and we are sometime able to offer items for immediate post from our Perth office (items marked as such).
Processing times for orders vary from 2 to 5 days and include the time taken to prepare, pack, check and post your order. If you're ordering different items, they may arrive in separate parcels as they may need to ship from different warehouse locations.
At this time, we offer shipping rates of $9.95 to Australia (FREE for orders $35+) & $9.95 to rest of the world (FREE for orders $35+). In addition to processing time, approximate delivery time frames (business days) are:
1) Australia: 13-20days (some orders arrived as early as 10days, most ~14days)
2) USA: 12-20days
3) Canada: 16-26days
4) Great Britain: 20-40days
5) Russia: 14-23days.
Please allow for expected shipping delays during "peak" season (Eg. lead up to Christmas & Festive Season, Cyber shopping season etc) and if your country has strict quarantine/customs regulations. Parcels are not anticipated to attract further customs fees but any additional fees will be covered by the customer - please check your local customs requirements.
Whilst we do our absolute best to ensure the prompt postage of your parcel, unexpected delays and disruptions to the postal service do occur and these are often unfortunately, beyond our control. We copy your shipping details exactly as written - please, remember to always double check and ensure the shipping details you have provided are correct - one wrong number, misspelled street name etc can cause long delays or even result in the return of your parcel.
