1) How can I pay for my order?
We are happy to accept all major credit cards & debit cards (VISA/Mastercard).
We do not accept cheques, mail orders, EFT or cash on delivery.

2) What currency do you use?
All orders are charged in Australian Dollars.

3) Where do you ship to?
At this time, we offer shipping rates to Australia & select global destinations (USA, Canada, Great Britain, Russia). Please check back as we look to expand our delivery network. If you do live elsewhere in the world, please contact us and we look forward to assisting you further.

4) How long does shipping take?

Whilst we do our absolute best to ensure the prompt postage of your parcel, unexpected delays and disruptions to the postal service do occur and these are often unfortunately, beyond our control. Please, remember to always double check and ensure the shipping details you have provided are correct - one incorrect detail, wrong number, misspelled street etc can cause long delays.

5) The item I really want is out of stock. Can I place a backorder?
A number of our items are in high demand. We are not always able to replenish orders as it depends on our supplier, so we cannot accept backorders, unfortunately. If you see something that you absolutely must have in your life, please contact us and with a bit of luck, we may be able to source the same item from an alternate supplier, just for you:-)

6) The item I really want is not in the right size. Can you get Item X in Size Z?
Sizes, colours, combinations listed are all that is available for now. But we are always up for a challenge so please, do let us know if we can help you further.

7) I ordered the wrong thing. Can I cancel my order?
Please double check you order and shipping details very carefully before you make a purchase. Returns/refunds are not given for change of mind and/or incorrect item(s) ordered and/or incorrect shipping details provided.
